Hi Ashley, I lived in Prague for 3 years and I would say 3 days is enough. The main attraction is the Architecture which you can see pretty well in 2 days walking. Of course if you want to go to the theatre/Opera in the evening for something specific time it around that but I really found that the insides of the museums etc were nothing exceptional.

Disclaimer: Excluding flight time, "one week" is actually 5.5 days. I am planning to take my parents to a week-long vacation in Prague! However, because the flight I'm looking allows no open-jaw itinerary, I have to fly in and out of the Prague airport, so I don't think spending 8 hour train round trips to Vienna or Berlin would be a wise time
3. Re: First time in Prague - 2/3 days enough? Three days is long enough to see the main sights, do a walking tour or just wander by yourselves, take a river trip and get a taste of the city. Maybe best to be staying central if only for a short visit, then you can walk to most of the places you need to see.
